M.G. Cangelose & Associates was founded in 1993 by Marty Cangelose.  Marty began his appraisal career in the Bryan/College Station area and has been in the real estate appraisal business since 1984.  Our staff provides more than 40 years of appraisal experience in the Brazos Valley, and we are an FHA and VA approved company.
